b) Session Cookies and preference cookies
The Site may be required to use session cookies to allow only the transmission of a communication necessary for its operation, for example to allow the user to navigate there. These cookies expire at the end of the user session (that is, when the user closes the browser window). In any event, the Site may use the Google Analytic’s analytic tools and the cookies associated with it.

Although we have no control over this analytical tool provider which is responsible for its own processing, nor on the data it collects, including a data transfer outside the European Union as long as it is located in the United States, we thought it was essential to mention this so that you have clear and complete information concerning their use which may, if necessary, require you to give your consent.

If the right of opposition is exercised, the Site confirms that no connection data will be transmitted to any audience analysis tool provider. You have an eventual right of access to the data concerned that you can exercise by contacting the relevant supplier, specifying the number identifying the cookie that will be assigned to you by the latter.

The Site does not assign any of this data to third parties outside the companies of the EMIL FREY group, does not reuse it for other purposes, and does not retain it in any way for longer than thirteen months.
